The 2007 SCUSA Nationals will be held in Jarvisburg NC. on OCT 6-7 The field is located 10 minutes north of the Wright Bros. bridge which crosses the Albemarle Sound. Jarvis is about 5 minutes south of the small town of Grandy on route 158 near the Cotton Gin gift shop. The field is located on the right side of 158 [ If you are heading south] directly behind the Weeping radish restaurant. A paved road beside the Weeping Radish leads directly to the field . We can walk to the restaurant for lunch. They have great food.
The restaurant is also having a Octoberfest festival on Sat. You may want to check that out.
I would recomend staying in Southern Shores, Kittyhawk or Nagshead. The is a great time of the year for fishing the Outter Banks so some may want to stay a few extra days. A license is required to fish salt water this year in N.C.
There are plenty of motels in places listed above. Getting together with a few others and renting a house can be cheaper this time of year. Try Sun Reality in Kittyhawk.
This will be our first tournament in this area for some time. If you've been here you know how great the area is. If you haven't been here you won't soon forget what a great place it is. I hope everyone can make it. It should be a good one.
